COMMISSION TERMS
The DrawingUpon assigning me the task, I am able to draw any characters, (Avatars, OCs, anime, cartoon, etc.) as long as the person/s work do not include, and are not limited to, NSFW, suggestive imagery and political imagery / controversal imagery.The piece can include any value of gore, animal companions (NON-human other), cigarette-use and/or alcohol, relationship art, and backgrounds that must be specified before payment.Please take note that I do charge extra for HEAVY armor/mecha, MALE characters, relationship art, physical difference, furry art, or anything else that I may find to need more effort.I am open to positions, references, lighting (highly recommended), styles, paletttes, expressions, and different variations of art (EX: Surrealism, Expressionism, cubism)
I have full right to reject your entry; please be understanding of this <:DIf, for example, the customer were to change their mind on the commission while in the payment stage, they will hold NO right to use any production I have sent. This includes, and is not limited to, sketch's, rough drafts, idea's, and examples. The customer can buy my idea's for example use.It is under NO circumstance that the artist takes responsibility or influential credibility for subjects depicted in the artwork. Though in limitation, the drawing will NOT consist of illegal imagery unless the topic falls under romanticism. Romanticism can include murder, acts of violence, or such that is constantly played out upon artistically. Examples of topics the artists will not depict are: pedophilia, illegal use of pornography, or sexual torture.CurrencyI will be accepting only USD through currency sites like PAYPAL or CASHAPP. Robux payment will be exchanged via group shirt. The buyer must take full responsibility for paying, the buyer must pay before the sketch or after. Refunds are most definitly allowed, but must be before sketch, or immediatly after. This topic is highly vague, as I accept all refunds if I haven't begun the artwork.Other TermsThere is NO due date for the artwork (unless given exception). I will be able to provide updates (I am usually online 5pm-11pm EASTERN), though I usually wouldn't like to spoil the final :)Updates will NOT be provided daily. In most cases, updates will be given in 3 day intervals. In large circumstances, (due date is a few weeks to a month) I may only update once per week. Please do not ask for updates too frequently, as It may disturb my time drawing for OTHERS and MYSELF.Upon buying from me, you have full right to use the art for other uses as long as I am credited. Watermark/signature must not be removed from the art. I really appreciate people sharing my artwork or name!The buyer is able to commission me as many times as they want :>The expiration date for contact is 5 days. Upon having not spoken for 5 days, I will send a card explaining the steps in order to reactivate the commission. The only exception to this rule is payment. (As in, for example, the customer were to get the currency within the next 10 days, I will wait those 10 days.)This is not an obligation of the buyer, but I do enjoy people who are constant! This means that the person is frequently avaliable for conversation about the drawing. Although this is non-needed, it will influence the final piece to an extent.Another attribute that will affect the final is the attitude of the buyer. This again, is not an obligation of the commissioner, but I prefer conversations with emotion as to create an emotional strive to complete the piece with my entire ability; although I do so anyway.
